Your Calling Is More Important Than Money

  1. You have a calling as an evangelist, pastor, prophet, etc, but you see people making money, so you abandoned your calling to pursue money.
    Don’t be an idiot.
You have a calling and grace that kings and queens envy.
Do not allow money derail your destiny.
    Pursue your assignment.

When the rich have problems they know where to run. They are rich, but spiritual things cannot be bought, neither can they be sold. They are forced to find people who carry the grace to help them.
    I have helped billionaires.
    I know what I carry.
    Know what you carry.
Never undermine yourself or your calling. Continue reading

The Danger Of Covetousness

The Danger Of Covetousness.

“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his manservant or maidservant, or his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.” Exodus 20: 17.

In all my years as a believer I have not heard up to 3 preachers talk about the sin of covetousness. In fact, most preachers encourage, fuel and sponsor the sin of covetousness by telling us about their luxury houses, their bank accounts, their possessions. They fuel covetousness by staging testimonies of people who got financial breakthroughs by their sacrificial giving, thereby stirring a deep greed for money and material possessions in the heart of their congregation. Majority of testimonies birth greed in people, not faith or love for Yeshua. Continue reading

Demas Has Forsaken Me

For Demas, having loved this present world, has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica. 2Timothy 4:10.

Demas was a co-labourer with Paul the Apostle. Demas had been through a lot with Paul; he had gone on missionary journeys with him, seen the miracles and experienced the power of the gospel, yet he turned back.
Demas had had enough of Paul and his zeal for Christ. Demas wanted to enjoy his life here and now and wasn’t waiting for Christ to reward him for his commitment to the gospel.
Demas had hopes and dreams that were unmet, he wanted to be somebody in society, he wanted to be recognised and celebrated by his peers, he eanted to be rich, he wanted to own mansions in Ephesus, he wanted to be surrounded by the mist beautiful women from Corinth. Simply put, Demas wanted to enjoy his life now. Continue reading

The Dangerous Pursuit Of Happiness.

The Dangerous Pursuit of Happiness.

Hello everyone,

We are told by society to pursue happiness, to do the things that make us happy, to walk away from relationships and people who do not make us happy. Success coaches keep telling us to ‘do what makes you happy,’ but in spite of all these people are still very unhappy. Many people have destroyed everything of value in their lives because they pursue happiness, not purpose.

In Mark 10, Jesus told a young man to give away his wealth and follow him. You would expect that the rich man would trust that Jesus knew what was best for him and that would make him obey the instructions of the master without second thought. But contrary to all expectations the man rejected the advice given by Jesus. He held onto his money and walked away in sadness.

He was sad not because Jesus was mean to him but because Jesus told him the truth. Jesus told him what was best for him, yet he was unhappy. He was sad because he had a skewed perception of reality. He was immature in his understanding of life and the things that are of value to the Lord and the kingdom. The fact that he was unhappy does not mean that Jesus was wrong. It meant that the rich man had zero understanding of spirituality.

Money is good but on a scale of value, the will of God, the plan of God for our life, the agenda of God are more important than money.

God’s will is more important than our short term happiness.
God is more interested in your growth, in the development of your character, than in your happiness. God doesn’t want you to be happy at all costs and by all means. No. God wants you to grow. Some of you are so immature that God cannot entrust you to handle anything of importance in the kingdom. If all you are interested in is yourself, and how rich you can become, how do you expect God to place the destiny of Nations and destiny of millions of people in your hands? Continue reading

Dare To Stand Alone.

It is okay to disagree with me or anybody else.
It is okay to say you don’t like this or like that.
It is okay to have your own views about an issue or a situation.

In fact, I like it when you disagree with me, it shows that your brain is not there for decoration, you actually use it to think.

We cannot all agree on the same issues. If we all agreed on ALL issues, that means some of us are not thinking, probing, questioning things as they are. Continue reading

Learn To Follow The Holy Spirit.

Learn To Follow The Holy Spirit.

Many years ago a man was about to get married but on the day of the traditional wedding, he refused to show up for the ceremony.
The bride’s family sent emissaries to him to beg him to show up because guests were already gathered at the venue. The man refused to leave his house. They sent more emissaries and at 5pm that day he turned up for the wedding.
The man did not want to go ahead with that wedding. That was the RESTRAINT of the Holy Spirit, holding him back, cautioning him, giving him a warning, but he listened to the voices of men rather than obey the voice of God.

That marriage was hell for that man. It was one problem after another. After a few years the woman divorced him. She never wanted a husband. All she wanted was children and as soon as she had her children she got rid of the man. He went through many challenges and died at the prime of his life.

This is a true life story. I know that man and I also know the lady involved. The woman was not evil or wicked. They were not just meant for each other. They were never meant to get married. They were never meant to be together. When you are with someone you are not meant to be with all you will see is their weaknesses and bad side. You will never see or enjoy anything good in them. Continue reading
